Warranty Registration Process

To ensure that you receive full warranty benefits, customers are required to register their product warranty.

Fill out the form with accurate details, including:

  • Product Name & Model
  • Serial Number (Found on the product or invoice)
  • Date of Purchase
  • Dealer/Distributor Details
  • Upload Invoice Copy for validation

Submit the form and receive a confirmation email upon successful registration.

Note: The warranty is only valid for customers who have completed the online registration process within 30 days of purchase.

How to Claim Warranty?

If you experience a product issue that you believe is covered under warranty, follow these steps:

  • Registered warranty details
  • Copy of the purchase invoice
  • Clear images or video of the issue (if applicable)

*If the customer will not/denied for providing the the proper images we cant provide the support/service executive 

  • Our team will review the claim and, if required, arrange a physical inspection. (Support executive will ask the photos or videos of the product before assign the physical inspection and if customer not provide the appropriate details the claim process will disqualify)
  • If the claim is approved, the product will be repaired or replaced as per the warranty terms.
  • If the issue is not covered under warranty, we will provide recommendations for repair or maintenance at an additional cost.

Important Warranty Terms & Conditions

– The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
– Proper installation & usage is required to maintain warranty validity.
– P4 International reserves the right to modify warranty terms based on technological advancements and market conditions.
– The company’s decision on repair/replacement claims is final.
